By creating an account or using the EdgeScouter platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1 Past Performance Does Not Guarantee Future Results

Past performance is not indicative of future results. All backtests, simulations, and results displayed on this platform are based on historical data. There is no guarantee that any trading strategy or methodology will achieve similar results in the future. Actual trading involves substantial risk of loss.

1.2 Hypothetical and Simulated Performance

All simulations, backtests, Monte Carlo analyses, and other performance metrics shown on this platform are hypothetical and simulated. They have many inherent limitations:

  • Simulations are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight
  • Hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk
  • No hypothetical trading record can fully account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading
  • The ability to withstand losses or adhere to a trading program in spite of losses is a material factor that cannot be simulated

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY TRADING ACTIVITY, OR RELIANCE ON SIMULATIONS OR BACKTESTS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service, its operators, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
